TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Business:
- All artwork will remain on display at Donna Cocktail Club until the end of the show, Wednesday, September 30.
- Purchaser must include relevant contact information (legal name, phone, cell, address, alternate e-mail).
How to Buy:
- Click on the "Buy Now" button to purchase any piece of art.
- Once you have submitted the necessary information to make a purchase you will be notified whether you are the first person in line to purchase the selected piece of art.
- Only once payment has been received is a work deemed sold. So if you are not first in line, you may still have an opportunity to purchase the work if the individual in front of you fails to pay for the work in question.
Shipping Information:
- Purchaser may pick up artwork from Donna on Thursday, October 1, between 12-4 PM.
- If purchaser requires shipping, we will arrange for packaging and shipment through our preferred carriers. All additional costs will be added on top of the final purchase price.
Payment and Return Policies:
- Preferred payment is via Cash or Money Order.
- All sales are final.
