TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Business:
- All artwork will remain on display at Donna Cocktail Club until the end of the show, Wednesday, July 8.
- Bidder must include relevant contact information (Legal name, phone, cell, address, alternate e-mail) with their initial bid.
How Bidding Works:
- Click on the "Bid Now" button to submit your bid.
- Once you have made an official bid you will be notified if your bid is the highest and/or if it has been beaten and you may bid again.
- Bids on all art work will be accepted until the close of business Wednesday, July 8, 5PM EST. In the event of a bidding war, a final best offer auction will be implemented.
Shipping Information:
- Purchaser may pick up artwork from Donna on Thursday, July 9 between 12-4PM.
- If purchaser requires shipping, we will arrange for packaging and shipment through our preferred carriers and build in all costs into the purchase price.
Payment and Return Policies:
- Preferred payment is via Money Order.
- All sales are final.
